Serena, along with her husband and various critters, call Temecula home. Serena has been around dogs her whole life. Working as a veterinary technician and dog trainer in the past. She is a master groomer with over 20 years of experience.

Serena never liked that in traditional pet grooming, the dogs and cats had to sit for hours in a noisy shop waiting their turn. It was a stressful situation that could expose them to illness and undo stress. There had to be a better way to groom pets!



So, in March 2007, Shantel Mobile Salon and Spaw was born. It has allowed Serena the opportunity to give her clients a quieter, less stressful environment and more personalized service. Which today is as important today as it was then.
